- TCPA & CTIA Compliance: We follow all requirements under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) guidelines.
- Opt-In: You must give explicit consent (verbally, online, or via text) to receive promotional or transactional messages from us.
- Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
b. Opting Out
- If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply with STOP to any message.
- Once we receive your STOP request, we will send a confirmation text and immediately block any further SMS to that number.
- You may also request to opt out by contacting us directly (see “Contact Information” below).
c. Re-Opting In
- If you change your mind later, you can reply with START (or SUBSCRIBE) to the same number to resume receiving texts.
- Opt-out only applies to the specific number you’ve messaged. If you receive texts from a different Rosetta Tax Service number, you must opt out separately.

- Access & Correction: You may request to review or correct your personal information by contacting us.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: Beyond SMS, you can also opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.
